What you can do here
The current website includes design previews of packages, consultation planning, enrolment and a client area. No booking, payment, account creation or client check-in submission is active. We do not ask you to send personal or health information through these previews. The contact channel and email subscription are not yet connected.
Your package choices and consultation notes
Your selected programme duration, session frequency and nutrition option are kept in session storage for the current browser tab, so you can review the same plan across pages. These choices can also appear in the page URL. They do not include your name, contact details, payment details or health information. Removing your plan clears that stored selection.
The consultation planner holds your preferences in the open page and can create a text note on your device. It does not send an enquiry, reserve an appointment or store your preferences in browser storage. The client area contains no personal client records; public resources and demonstration screens are available. Its check-in fields are disabled.
Technical information
Website hosting services may process technical information when a page is requested, such as an IP address, browser details and access logs. The operator still needs to confirm the hosting provider's retention practices, processing locations and privacy contact before this notice is finalised.
Analytics and advertising
We have not added marketing analytics, advertising pixels or social media embeds to this version of the website. Hosting services may have their own technical logging or essential storage, which is separate from any marketing tools we add.

When this website grows
Before enabling an email list, enquiries, accounts or purchases, we will update this notice to explain what information is collected, why it is needed, the services involved and how to contact us about it.
